MMM, well the most important thing would be some exercise, if that's the case you know what I mean. I am a former weightlifter and have been using my own body weight during workouts as exercise to build muscle (which has definitely helped me get my weight down)! But that is not enough! If you want to be the best you can, it's hard because so many people think you're doing this to look good for yourself. Instead, think about what you can do to make it easier for you!
